01 · The seller

This store is operated by Yiyang Qisheng Trading Co., Ltd. under the Amberuva brand. Contact information is shown below. These terms apply alongside the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, without removing mandatory consumer rights.

02 · Using the store

You must be able to enter into a binding purchase contract or use the store with an authorized adult. Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s data, submit malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use as permitted by law.

03 · Products & illustrations

Read each description and product-specific instructions before purchasing. Styled scenes and product images use AI-generated illustrations and do not establish independently tested specifications, materials, dimensions, age ratings or certification. Props are not included. Where a precise feature matters, ask for confirmation before ordering. No educational, therapeutic or developmental result is guaranteed. Items must be used according to their labels, warnings and appropriate supervision.

04 · Prices & payment

Prices are in USD. Discounts, applicable tax and shipping are calculated for review at checkout. Available payment methods are those shown for your order. We may correct genuine listing errors; if an error affects an existing order, we will contact you about the options rather than silently increasing the price.

05 · Orders & acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not that dispatch has occurred. Orders may require payment confirmation and complete delivery information. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as inability to fulfill, suspected fraud or a material listing error, and will notify you and refund any amount due. We do not substitute a different product without agreement.

06 · Shipping & cancellation

Delivery is offered to the United States. Preparation is estimated at 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information; standard transport is 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days. These are estimates. Contact us promptly for a change or cancellation; feasibility depends on the order stage. 07 · Returns & remedies

You may request a return within 30 days after receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods, with bank posting time additional. Faulty or misdescribed goods and other mandatory rights are handled under applicable law.

08 · Intellectual property & submissions

Store branding, original content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal browsing does not grant a license to reproduce commercial content. If you submit a support message or other material, you must have the right to share it. We use support submissions to respond and administer the request as described in the Privacy Policy.

09 · Third-party services

Shopify provides the commerce platform and third parties may provide payment, delivery or linked services. Their own terms may apply to those services. We remain responsible for obligations that legally belong to us as the seller and do not use third-party involvement to exclude mandatory remedies.

10 · Availability & responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information and a working store, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures or events outside reasonable control. To the extent lawful, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations relating to fraud, personal injury or consumer guarantees.

11 · Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction at the company’s location, except where applicable mandatory law gives you access to another court or remedy. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue; doing so does not remove your legal rights or prevent a complaint to a competent authority.

12 · Changes & severability

Updates will be published with a revised effective date. The terms applicable to an order are those agreed for that order, except where law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed. A failure to enforce one provision is not a permanent waiver of it.
